Our Electrical Troubleshooting Training Station consists of a plate with various IO and din rail mounted quad terminal blocks to mimic typical plant electrical systems. It includes a panel with roughly 60 IO points, a 3-24vdc adjustable power supply, multiple electrical relays, timing relay, various externally mounted "field" devices (Pump, speed control pot, level switch, photo-eye, proximity sensor, etc.) and includes a kit with 25' of 18awg white stranded wire, cutter/strippers, and a full set of wire marker sleeves (#0-9) for marking wires. It also comes with a laminated copy of the typical prints used in our training courses to aid in hookups. 

Instructions and tutorials are provided. 

Be aware that this system is designed to be utilized by 2 or more knowledgeable persons. One person installs a fault carefully and tests that it results in expected failure symptoms. The second person troubleshoots the fault and explains their reasoning and thought process as they go. After completing each troubleshooting scenario the pair will review the guidance provided via our completed 7-step troubleshooting forms and training notes on each fault.

For individuals without a partner who is at least also learning electricity we suggest just using the online simulated troubleshooting system on our online portal - which in many ways is actually superior to the hardware troubleshooting training in that it can simulate many more faults and does not require a second person to install the faults. It also adapts and provides expert level mentoring as the student troubleshoots.
